This sign-off clip from Indianapolis' "Fox 59" was submitted by Ana Nieves of INnewscenter, net. Leading off in this video is Moments of Reflection, featuring the Reverend Christy Marshall of the Broadway United Methodist Church of Indianapolis delivering a brief message based on Jesus Christ's story of the Prodigal Son (Luke 15). Following this is the SSB video featuring Sandi Patty's rendition of the National Anthem with video of Americans of various kinds saluting the flag. Next is the Fox 59 sign-off itself, featuring several aireal views of the Indianapolis skyline as well as video of the city's buildings and people. The Fox Network's CGI-animated logo and fanfare music appears at the beginning and end of the sign-off. WXIN-TV is one of the charter affiliates of the Fox Broadcasting Company. The clip concludes with thirty seconds of color bars.

WXIN Fox 59 began on 1 February 1984 as independent WPDS-TV. To view a video of WPDS-TV's inaugural sign-on, visit this page.
