Like WRAL's sign-off at the time, the sign-on announcement is rendered by Bob Debardelaben. But, unlike WRAL's sign-off clip, this features a computer-generated animated station logo. The "Flag Evolution" National Anthem film preceded the sign-on announcement, but is not included here (I tuned in a bit too late to get it).
