Late 1970s sign-off of Cleveland's (and Ohio's) first TV station. Unfortunately, it is incomplete, for the clip ends as the SSB, sung by a children's chorus, commences. The clip begins with the final thirty seconds of the Eyewitness News Sign-off Report done by Allen Davis. Following is the sign-off announcement, delivered by Ralph Gunderman, which features the NAB Seal of Good Practice, the Civil Defense Disaster Network symbol, then the "Circle 5" station ID graphic.
