Recorded off of the local cable system while I was taking a few days vacation down in Cheraw, South Carolina during Thanksgiving weekend in 1998. It is preceded by the tail-end of an airing of PBS's Stargazer program starring Jack Foley Horkheimer. The sign-off features a rundown of the SCETV Network's stations and transmitters and also has a listing of the stations for SC Educational Radio. This is one of the earliest sign-offs I've seen where the station's (or, in this instance, network's) web site is mentioned. SCETV had also moved its headquarters location since the 1991 SCETV sign-off linked below.
