Sign-off and sign-on are combined into one clip. Both use "America the Beautiful" for its background music and begins with the United States Flag. The sign-off features video of San Diego at night, and we see morning scenes of San Diego in the sign-on piece. My apologies for the distorted audio in the sign-on clip, for that was how I received it.

The quality varies from clip to clip, due to TV reception and recording issues.
