The clip begins with the closing seconds of KTVU's inspirational piece Day's End, then on to a static station ID slide for the sign-off announcement which doesn't even mention that the station is signing off (perhaps they used this clip at sign-on time as well). The NAB Television Code Seal of Good Practice appears at the end of the announcement which from there goes to the National Anthem film.
