Sign-off of Seattle's public television station that also serves portions of British Columbia, Canada. The clip is a montage of shots of downtown Seattle (including the famous Space Needle), and video clips from various KCTS and Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) programs. To top it off, via the miracle of computer animation, we see scattered pieces of the SMPTE (Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers) Color Bars coming together to form the whole graphic.
